Elaine did an incredible job finding us our first home. She was patient and supportive and extremely knowledgeable about Toronto neighborhoods. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience working with our real estate agent, Elaine McDonald! Hi Elaine, I’m sitting here in my chair with a drink in hand, watching Carlyon remove the last bit of packing material. It’s hard to believe I’ve only just moved in today, as everything is already in its place. The sale and the entire move could not have gone more smoothly. Once again, you’ve delivered on everything you promised—and more. I can’t thank you enough for your professionalism, your attention to detail and for always being there with a kind ear. It has truly been a pleasure working with you. Warmly, Bob

We are so grateful that Elaine McDonald was highly recommended to us to sell our childhood home. Even with the referral we interviewed two other agents and chose Elaine. In addition to being professional, trustworthy and exceptionally knowledgeable about the market and the area, she opened her network of tradespeople who responded quickly to our unique needs. The staging was spectacular and our home sold above asking according to the schedule we hoped for. Elaine's kind, patient and collaborative approach provided much needed support and guidance to help us get through a very emotional time. We are happy to strongly recommend Elaine.

We had Elaine sell our late parents' home and she was fantastic - smart, capable, honest and communicative, as well as compassionate in understanding and navigating the emotional side of selling. We wholeheartedly recommend her.

Over the last 13 years, we’ve worked with Elaine to help us rent multiple condos, buy our first home and then our forever home. Elaine is personable and honest. She’s concerned with making sure we loved living in the homes we ended up in and is especially great at noticing details I missed. On both ends of our sale, Elaine is a great negotiator and really works for you. We’re very happy with every real estate decision we’ve had with Elaine by our side!

Elaine turned a stressful situation into a smooth transition. Her empathy and professionalism were remarkable and her expert handling of the sale of our mother’s home was flawless. We felt supported every step of the way and couldn't have asked for a better partner in this process.

Elaine was such a gift to our family. Highly professional, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and very kind. She made the daunting process of selling our Mom's house more manageable.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Elaine McDonald to sell our Etobicoke townhome in late 2023, early 2024. Despite the challenging market conditions, high interest rates, and the added challenge of showing the home over the Christmas period when potential buyers are often distracted, Elaine's tireless efforts made all the difference. Elaine's dedication and commitment were evident from the start. She had a clearly defined strategy and worked diligently to market our home effectively, ensuring it received maximum exposure. Her knowledge of the local market and strategic approach were crucial in navigating these challenging times. Elaine remained positive and proactive throughout, keeping us informed at every step of the way and she was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns. We highly recommend Elaine McDonald to anyone looking for a highly qualified real estate broker who will go above and beyond to get the job done.

We met Elaine through my husband's work. We were looking to sell our condo in Toronto whilst living in Vancouver. Despite not meeting her in person, we felt like we did as she was in constant communication with us. She helped from day one including with our difficult tenants and doing small renos in the condo. She was very supportive. In the end our condo sold more than the similar condos in the building. Will recommend!

Elaine helped us find our first home. She was kind, listened to what we wanted, and helped us find properties that fit what we were looking for and our budget. She was kind and supportive throughout the entire process.

Elaine was an amazing help and support as I went through the process of selling my condo at 2 Old Mill. She provided assistance with decluttering and staging, which can be such a stressful process! The pictures and her marketing of my condo really helped it to shine, and we sold in a very short time considering the price point. Later, she was just as helpful in finding my current rental. I decided to rent while deciding how to move forward. She found me a place which clicked every box - including being walking distance from my office. She is kind, intuitive and understood what I needed and my goals. I can recommend her wholeheartedly.

We are repeat customers of Elaine. She has helped us on the buying and selling side, including the purchase of our first Toronto Condo, and the sale of the property and purchase of our family home in Burlington. Her attention to detail, market knowledge and patience are unmatched. Would recommend her and her team to anyone without hesitation!

Definitely recommend Elaine! She has helped me purchase two properties and sell my first home. Her responsiveness, knowledge of the market and attention to detail is unmatched!
